I think anyone with half a brain cell knows the Kurtofsky kiss was not rape, nor was it sexual assault. I don’t think that is a point that can be argued with.
The kiss, when taken in the context of what preceded and followed, could however be taken as sexual harassment. I wouldn’t argue if someone labelled it that, and I think it’s a fair...
